ATC Development sells 290-unit Augusta apartment for $40.6M

ConnectCRE reports that ATC Development sold MacArthur Park, a 290-unit, garden-style multifamily property in Augusta, Georgia.
The deal price was $40.6 million, which equated to $140,000 per unit, or $168 per square foot, according to ConnectCRE.
Berkadia brokered the sale, with Christian DiCroce, Jim Sewell, Dave Lansbury, and Erika Maston of Berkadia Charleston leading the transaction on behalf of the seller.
ConnectCRE said the 2022-built property was 91% occupied at the time of sale and includes amenities such as a saltwater pool, fitness center, and business center.
