Patel Retail shares jump after strong Q1 FY27 results

The stock opened at ₹214.7 on the BSE and later dipped to an intraday low of ₹213.05 as revenue rose 69.7% year over year to ₹309.54 crore.

Patel Retail shares rose about 4% from the session low on Friday, 14 August, extending investor focus on results released earlier this month. The stock opened at ₹214.70 on the BSE, later hit an intraday high of ₹220.65, after trading as low as ₹213.05.

The company’s Q1 FY27 performance showed revenue from operations up 69.7% year over year to ₹309.54 crore. Profit after tax increased 37.57% year over year to ₹9.52 crore.

Patel Retail also reported operating expansion during the quarter, opening its 51st Patel’s R Mart store in Rasayani, Raigad, followed by its 52nd store in Bapgaon, Bhiwandi, bringing the network to 53 stores. The company said it is strengthening private-label brands, including Patel Essential, and aims to improve capacity utilization and automation.

According to BSE data included in the story, the shares were down 0.43% over the past week and 2.58% over the last two weeks, while showing gains of 8.34% over three months and 14.38% over six months. Year to date, the stock was up 10.85%.
