CBRE arranges sale of Riverwood Apartments in Mauston, Wisconsin
The 32-unit property, built in 1994 and fully occupied, changed hands for $3.95 million, according to the deal announcement.
CBRE arranged the sale of Riverwood Apartments, a fully occupied 32-unit multifamily community in Mauston, Wisconsin, ConnectCRE reported.
Tripp & Associates acquired the property from Riverwood Apartments, LLC for $3.95 million. CBRE personnel including Sean Beuche, Max Colby, Matson Holbrook, and Gretchen Richards represented the seller in the transaction.
The asset consists of four two-story buildings on 3.24 acres along the Lemonweir River. Built in 1994, it offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 575 to 1,000 square feet.
CBRE cited Mauston’s multifamily investment appeal, pointing to the area’s employment base tied to full-service healthcare and manufacturing, along with tourism from Wisconsin Dells, about 23 minutes away, the outlet said.
