The outlet reports the community is located on 1.21 acres at 900 N.E. Deer Creek Road and includes 31 one- and two-bedroom units totaling 28,055 rentable square feet, with construction dating to 2007.
Connect Commercial Real Estate adds that the asset is about 25 minutes east of downtown Kansas City and is positioned near retail, dining, and recreational amenities.
According to Connect Commercial Real Estate, the listing and marketing were handled exclusively by Jacob Carroll and Aaron Kuroiwa of Marcus & Millichap’s Kansas City and Indianapolis offices on behalf of Creekside SPE – Apartments, LLC, while a Kansas City-based investor was procured as the buyer.
