Casa Encantada sells for $130M, the top U.S. price in July
The Bel Air estate Casa Encantada also ranks as the second-most expensive U.S. home sale of 2026 so far, according to Redfin data.
July’s priciest U.S. home sales were concentrated in Southern California, with the most expensive transaction in the country occurring in Bel Air.
A famous Bel Air estate known as Casa Encantada topped the list at $130 million, and it was also the second-most expensive home sale of 2026 so far, Redfin reported.
The next highest priced homes included three other Southern California properties, plus two Manhattan townhouses, several Florida oceanfront estates, and a major Arizona estate.
Redfin also noted that an Arizona property described as the Grand Canyon State’s priciest sale ever was among July’s top deals, and it came with an indoor go-kart racing track.
