The defense contractor Lyntris is set to price and trade Wednesday after raising $297.5 million in its downsized IPO.

The company, listed as LYNX, raised $297.5 million in the downsized IPO, the outlet reported.
Yahoo Finance said the offering is part of the IPO pipeline for the week and marks Lyntris’s move into public markets.
