Affinius Capital arranges $177.25M acquisition debt for N.J. multifamily deal

The loan will back the purchase of a 262-unit Edgewater Harbor property in Edgewater, New Jersey.

Commercial Observer reports that Affinius Capital has provided acquisition financing of $177.25 million for a multifamily asset buy in New Jersey and the wider New York metropolitan area.

The deal involves a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company, Saber-Hightower, and Waterfall Asset Management, which has lined up the debt package for the sponsorship’s purchase of the 262-unit Edgewater Harbor property in Edgewater, N.J.

Commercial Observer says the financing is tied to the acquisition of two multifamily properties, with the Edgewater Harbor asset being one of the properties included in the purchase.
