Yahoo Finance highlights the logistics and transportation category in Inc. magazine's 2026 Inc. 5000, which ranks the fastest-growing private companies in the US based on three-year revenue growth. For 2026, the category included 167 companies, with a collective 114% median three-year growth rate.
According to the outlet, the group reported $23.1 billion in total revenue and 115,631 total employees, while 39 companies were newly founded enough to qualify as newcomers. Inc.'s growth percentages reflect three-year revenue growth, and the ranking uses revenue reported in ranges rather than exact figures.
Among the fastest growers, Grip led with 29,398% three-year revenue growth in the $25 million to $50 million range and more than 2,000% employee growth since its 2022 founding, helping it land near the top of the broader Inc. 5000 list.
Mountainy followed with 9,512% three-year growth, also in the $25 million to $50 million range, and 1,617% employee growth, while Jet Freight Services rounded out the top tier with 6,360% growth in the $10 million to $25 million range and a 4,900% jump in headcount, per Yahoo Finance.
