Related Group starts 494-home Broken Sound Residences in Boca Raton
The 28-acre project will convert part of the former Office Depot corporate campus and is set to include indoor and outdoor amenity space plus an Equinox fitness campus.
Related Group, PEBB Enterprises, and BH Group have begun work on Broken Sound Residences, a luxury residential community planned for Boca Raton.
The development will bring 494 homes to the 28-acre site, marking the first milestone in the transformation of the former Office Depot corporate campus.
Broken Sound Residences will combine residences with retail, wellness offerings, and modern office space, with design by MSA Architects and construction led by Balfour Beatty.
The project will feature more than 23,000 square feet of indoor amenities and outdoor gathering space of more than half an acre, and Equinox is planned as one of the first tenants at the development.
