Cboe Global Markets raises quarterly dividend by 19% to $0.86

The dividend payment is due Sept. 15 to shareholders of record Aug. 31, extending Cboe’s 16th consecutive year of higher dividends.

Cboe Global Markets raised its quarterly cash dividend for the third quarter of 2026 by 19% to $0.86 per share, according to Yahoo Finance. The company will pay the dividend on Sept. 15 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 31.

The increase marks Cboe’s 16th straight year of annual dividend growth. Yahoo Finance also noted that Cboe’s shares have risen more than 20% over the past 52 weeks and that the firm has a market cap near $30.9 billion.

Cboe reported July 2026 trading volumes for multi-listed options, with average daily volume up 28.4% year over year, and index options average daily volume up 34%. The outlet said the dividend increase follows strong results, including adjusted diluted EPS of $3.56 and net revenue of a record $731.6 million for the most recent quarter.

According to the report, diluted earnings per share rose 50% to $3.35, while adjusted diluted EPS increased 45%. Yahoo Finance added that Cboe’s business spans exchanges for options, equities, futures, and foreign exchange, alongside market data with steady recurring revenue.
