RangeWater buys Atlanta rental community for $54.9 million
The 280-unit property at 3201 Downwood Cir. was built in 2015, and rents run from $1,399 to $2,345 per month.
RangeWater Residential has purchased Bell Buckhead West, an Atlanta multifamily rental community, for $54.9 million, according to ConnectCRE.
The seller, Bell Partners, originally acquired the asset for $62 million in 2017. The property, located at 3201 Downwood Cir., has been renamed Blaine Buckhead West.
Blaine Buckhead West is a 280-unit project built in 2015. Rents range from $1,399 to $2,345, with unit sizes from 676 square feet for a studio to 1,189 square feet for a two-bedroom unit.
Amenities listed for the community include a fitness center, pool, 24-hour Java Bar and Lounge, Bocce Ball Court, a game room with a pool table, and a Sky Lounge Rooftop Deck. ConnectCRE also noted that Sun Life Financial announced it acquired Bell Partners for $350 million, bringing Bell Partners into Sun Life’s multifamily operating platform.
