Deere shares jump after Q3 FY2026 revenue and EPS beat

Deere reported Q3 FY2026 revenue of $12.61 billion and adjusted EPS of $5.10, and said Production & Precision Ag order books are effectively full for the year.

Deere & Company surged after posting a Q3 FY2026 beat-and-raise quarter, with results topping analysts' expectations on both the top and bottom lines, according to MarketBeat Ratings.

For the quarter, Deere delivered $12.61 billion in revenue versus $10.81 billion expected, and adjusted EPS of $5.10 compared with $4.71 expected. Net sales and revenues rose 5% year over year, and diluted EPS increased 7%.

The outlet highlighted that the year-over-year bottom-line strength stood out because Deere's adjusted earnings had been lower in the prior two quarters. It also noted that construction growth helped offset softness in Deere's agriculture segment.

MarketBeat Ratings added that Deere's agriculture and turf division is seeing early signals of stabilization, including order book strength for its Production & Precision Ag business, and management pointed to a sharp reduction in used high-horsepower tractor inventory from model years 2023 and 2024, down nearly 40% from a year earlier.
