Lalithaa Jewellery shares debut 32% above IPO issue price
The IPO opened around ₹265 per share on both NSE and BSE after pricing at ₹201, with the issue receiving subscriptions of 66.63 times.
Lalithaa Jewellery shares made a strong debut on the Indian stock market on Monday, 24 August, listing at a 32% premium to the IPO issue price of ₹201.
According to LiveMint Markets, the stock opened at ₹265 per share on the NSE and ₹265.30 on the BSE, translating the listing gain to IPO allottees.
The IPO was a ₹1,700 crore mainboard issue offered for subscription from August 17 to August 19, 2026, with a fresh issue of 5.97 crore equity shares worth ₹1,200 crore and an offer for sale of 2.49 crore shares valued at ₹500 crore.
LiveMint Markets also reported that the offering was subscribed 66.63 times, led by qualified institutional buyers, and the company plans to use most proceeds to expand its store network, along with some for general corporate requirements.
