Horizon Industrial Parks IPO debuts flat on BSE and NSE
The shares opened below or near the ₹60 issue price, with grey market premium at ₹1.5, or 2.5% over the offer price, as Sensex and Nifty 50 logged only small gains.
Horizon Industrial Parks shares debuted flat on both the BSE and the NSE on Monday, 24 August, in a range-bound market. On the BSE, the stock opened at ₹59.65 versus the issue price of ₹60, while on the NSE it listed at ₹60.25. Grey market indications also pointed to a muted start, with the last grey market premium at ₹1.5 on Monday morning, equivalent to a 2.5% premium over the issue price. LiveMint Markets said key index contributors included Infosys, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank, as the Sensex and Nifty 50 traded with little gains.
The IPO was a book-built issue that opened for public subscription on Monday, 17 August, and closed on Wednesday, 19 August, with an overall subscription of 1.52 times. With a price band of ₹57 to ₹60, it raised ₹2,600 crore through a fresh issue of 43.34 crore shares, and allotment was finalised on Thursday, 20 August.
The company plans to use net proceeds to repay certain borrowings and for general corporate purposes. Horizon Industrial Parks said its asset network spans 10 major industrial and consumption hubs in India, while it reported revenue from operations of ₹228.86 crore in FY24, rising to ₹390.29 crore in FY25 and ₹691.38 crore in FY26, with losses of ₹1.1 crore and ₹1.41 crore for FY24 and FY25, and a profit of ₹0.14 crore for FY26, according to the outlet.
