Ash Staging expands luxury home staging across New York and Los Angeles

The firm says it has completed thousands of projects over 15 years, representing more than $50 billion in real estate.

Staging can be a major factor in how residential properties are presented to potential buyers and renters, and Ash Staging is positioning itself as a luxury staging and model residence design business built around adding personality rather than aiming for a neutral look, according to Commercial Observer.

Commercial Observer spoke with Samantha Atlas, senior director of projects at Ash Staging, who runs the Los Angeles office and helped launch the company’s West Coast presence after joining the firm more than nine years ago as it expanded.

Atlas said the business has focused on creating an emotional response through design choices and also encourages clients to invest beyond staging itself, including outside of what is placed in a model unit.

She also pointed to recent high-end projects, including staging for the 100 Barclay penthouses, a refresh at the Penthouse East at 8899 Beverly that has sold, and staging work on the second penthouse of 111 Murray Street.
