Cardinal Health CEO Jason M. Hollar sold nearly 125,000 shares of the company over two trading days, according to an SEC Form 4 filing cited by Yahoo Finance. The transactions took place on August 18 and August 19, with the sale valued at about $29.4 million.

Yahoo Finance reports the filing shows a weighted average sale price of $235.89, while the post-transaction value references the August 19 market close of $234.85. The SEC footnotes indicate the shares were sold in multiple tranches executed between $232.75 and $238.07 per share.

After the sales, Hollar retains 190,603 shares held directly, representing about 0.0814% ownership of Cardinal Health, a company with a market value referenced at $55.0 billion.

Cardinal Health operates as a global integrated healthcare services provider with two divisions, Pharmaceutical and Medical, serving hospitals, pharmacies, and physician practices. Yahoo Finance also points to trailing-twelve-month revenue of $254.2 billion and net income of $1.7 billion.
