OnlyFans owner’s firm paid $535m in dividends before death
Fenix International reported $714m in profit before tax last year, up 5% from 2024, and said it paid additional dividends totaling $174m after the year end.
BBC Business reports that the late owner of OnlyFans, Leonid Radvinsky, was paid more than $700m in dividends before his death from cancer earlier this year.
The company behind the platform, Fenix International Ltd, said in its annual report that it made $714m in profit before tax last year, a 5% increase from 2024.
Fenix International reported paying dividends of $535m for the year ending 30 November 2025, with further dividend payments totaling $174m between that date and 26 March 2026.
OnlyFans hosts subscription based content and is best known for adult material. The platform had 132 million paying subscribers and 2.5 million active creators in 2025, and it has faced scrutiny from regulators and lawmakers over adult content and age checks.
