Prism, OYO parent, reports FY26 profit jump driven by North America
Net profit rose to ₹994 crore in FY26, while revenue climbed 49.7% to ₹9,358 crore as Prism integrated G6 Hospitality and scaled its global business.
Prism, the parent company of OYO, posted a sharp rise in FY26 earnings, with net profit reaching ₹994 crore, a 305% increase from ₹245 crore in FY25, according to LiveMint Markets citing the company’s annual report. The FY26 result included a ₹678 crore deferred tax credit.
The company also reported stronger operating performance, with consolidated revenue from operations increasing 49.7% to ₹9,358 crore and EBITDA more than doubling to ₹2,594 crore in FY26. Gross Booking Value rose 88.5% to ₹30,683 crore, and gross profit climbed 82.5% to ₹5,700 crore.
Prism said more than 80% of its revenue now comes from global operations, supported by international expansion. North America was the biggest driver of the group’s scale, boosted by G6 Hospitality, which contributed for the full year after its acquisition in December 2024.
Prism added that it completed integration of G6’s technology stack into a unified platform within a year, moving away from fragmented legacy systems. The company also said it has filed updated draft papers with SEBI in June to raise up to ₹6,650 crore through a fresh issue, with a possible pre-IPO placement of up to ₹1,330 crore.
