Arista Networks books $3 billion in a quarter as AI demand grows

Yahoo Finance highlights that analysts covering Arista rate 22 of 25 as a strong buy, with an average 12-month upside expectation of 20%.

AI spending is continuing to lift demand for data center connectivity, and one beneficiary is Arista Networks, which sells connectivity hardware and network management solutions used by cloud providers and data centers, Yahoo Finance reports.

The outlet points to Arista’s second-quarter milestone, saying it marked the company’s first time booking $3 billion in quarterly revenue, alongside improvements on both margins and earnings.

Yahoo Finance also notes that Arista’s relationships with Microsoft, Meta Platforms, and Oracle support its position in the AI infrastructure buildout.

On Wall Street, the article says 22 of 25 analysts rate Arista a strong buy, with the average price target implying 20% expected upside over the next 12 months, while the most optimistic estimate calls for up to 54% upside.
