Shein shares tumble after Hong Kong trading debut
Shares dropped as much as 10% in Hong Kong trading before ending down about 4% at HK$46.58, or $5.94.
Shein’s stock fell sharply after the fast-fashion retailer made its long-awaited trading debut on the Hong Kong market, according to MarketWatch.
Shares dropped by as much as 10% during the session, before paring losses.
The company, founded in 2008 in Nanjing, China, is now headquartered in Singapore, MarketWatch reported.
It finished the day down about 4% at HK$46.58, or $5.94.
