Yorkville America to diversify beyond Truth Social-themed ETFs

The firm’s latest ETF launch is the MANGOS Plus Index ETF, tracking AI companies such as Meta, Nvidia, Alphabet, OpenAI, SpaceX, and Anthropic.

Yorkville America, the asset manager behind President Donald Trump’s Truth Social exchange traded funds, is nearing completion of an acquisition meant to broaden its ETF lineup beyond its America First themed products, Reuters reported, citing CEO Steve Neamtz.

Neamtz, who joined Yorkville in December 2025, said the deal is expected to close in September and involves an institutional asset management firm that has primarily operated in separately managed accounts, where portfolios are customized for individual investors based on their objectives.

Yorkville said the acquisition, along with planned product launches, is intended to reduce reliance on politically themed ETFs. The company also highlighted that it is expanding across a wider set of themes rather than concentrating on specialized ETF types such as leveraged or targeted return and income funds.

As a further step toward diversification, Yorkville launched the MANGOS Plus Index ETF, the first ETF the company will manage outside the Truth Social brand. The fund will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Yorkville’s newly established NYSE Texas division, tracking an index that includes Meta, Anthropic, Nvidia, Alphabet, OpenAI, and SpaceX, among other companies in AI development and deployment.
