44 West 8th Street Greenwich Village condo project lists homes up to $20M
The five-residence building, backed by T30 Capital, targets construction completion late 2025 or early 2026, with occupancy and closings expected in late spring or early summer 2027.
A new ground-up condominium development at 44 West Eighth Street in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village will feature five residences, with full-floor homes starting at $9.75 million and the penthouse priced as high as $20 million, Commercial Observer reports.
The building’s exterior facade will be made with handmade Petersen brick sourced from Denmark, with each brick stamped by the maker’s thumbprints, a method the brickmakers have used for more than 200 years, according to the outlet citing the project team.
Commercial Observer says the project is being developed by T30 Capital with design by Idan Naor of InWorkshop. The residences will include four different floor plans, and amenities are set to include a private penthouse rooftop terrace, a lower-level gym with a sauna, and storage rooms.
The outlet reports that construction is expected to be substantially completed late this year or early next year, while the certificate of occupancy and closings are expected in late spring or early summer 2027.
