Rocket Pro launches Moving Squad to help brokers move in 10 days
The program offers a $10,000 referral bonus through Dec. 31, 2026 and aims to streamline transitions from brokers affected by UWM’s All-In policy.
Rocket Pro introduced its Moving Squad initiative at the Rocket Pro Experience event in Detroit, designed to help mortgage brokers shift away from competing wholesale lenders in 10 days or less.
HousingWire reports the program includes a four-person support team and an incentive package that pays a $10,000 referral bonus through Dec. 31, 2026.
Moving Squad targets brokers looking to transition despite Rocket executives saying some have found the move process too difficult or disruptive.
The initiative is tied to United Wholesale Mortgage’s broker ultimatum, also called the All-In initiative, which dates to 2021 and bars partnerships with brokers who also work with Rocket Mortgage and Fairway Home Mortgage, a policy that remains in place five years later.
