Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. have reduced the asking price of their Los Angeles home by $700,000, just three months after putting the property on the market, MarketWatch reports.
The residence is in Mandeville Canyon and is described as a more private, sought-after residential enclave, with the listing covering a five-bedroom, six-bathroom layout across more than 7,300 square feet, the outlet says.
MarketWatch also notes that the house includes amenities such as a pool and a large outdoor kitchen, and that Gellar and Prinze paid $6.1 million for the home at the time of purchase.
