Tema ETFs names Paisley Nardini head of investment strategy
The hire follows Tema’s February 2026 appointment of Steve Munroe as president, as the firm says its total platform assets have more than doubled in 2026 to about $4 billion.
Tema ETFs has named Paisley Nardini as its new head of investment strategy, adding to its leadership team as it pushes further into thematic ETF investing, ETF Trends reports.
According to ETF Trends, Nardini joins Tema from Simplify Asset Management, where she led multi-asset solutions, and her prior career includes roles at Invesco and PIMCO. The outlet also notes she has appeared on CNBC with VettaFi.
ETF Trends said the appointment comes after Tema brought in Steve Munroe as president in February 2026, after he moved from ProShares to support growth and product innovation. Together, the changes are aimed at helping the firm transition from an emerging boutique into a larger thematic ETF player.
The outlet also cited Tema’s 2026 platform growth, saying total assets have more than doubled to approximately $4 billion. ETF Trends links part of the momentum to retail and institutional interest in Tema’s concentrated thematic lineup, including the Tema Space Innovators ETF, which the report says has drawn flows tied to SpaceX exposure.
