RT500 luxury apartments begin move-ins in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey

The 179-unit, 11-story community is part of The Connell Company’s $500 million redevelopment of a former office campus near Routes 78 and 22.

Move-ins are underway at RT500, a new 179-unit luxury apartment community in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. The 11-story property was developed by The Connell Company and sits within The Park, a 185-acre mixed-use campus about 30 minutes from downtown New York City, ConnectCRE said.

Greystar is managing leasing and offering in-person tours at RT500, which includes studio as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The Connell Company is highlighting amenities such as a gym, co-working space, and a dedicated game room.

RT500 is part of a broader $500 million redevelopment of a former office campus off Routes 78 and 22, according to ConnectCRE. The Park also includes a 176-room Embassy Suites Hotel, 1.5 million square feet of offices, and 160,000 square feet of dining, entertainment, wellness, and lifestyle concepts.
