Fed approves National Westminster Bank representative office in Stamford
The Federal Reserve cleared the London bank to open the office in Stamford, Connecticut.
The Federal Reserve Board approved an application by National Westminster Bank Plc, London, England, to establish a representative office in Stamford, Connecticut.
The Fed said the approval was announced on Thursday, with the release issued at 4:00 p.m. EDT.
The representative office approval follows the bank's application reviewed by the central bank.
