The company said Dee will spearhead enterprise transformation initiatives aimed at improving customer experience as BankSouth Mortgage looks to grow annual mortgage production from $1 billion to more than $2 billion.

BankSouth Mortgage positioned the appointment as part of a broader effort to build the operational and technology infrastructure it says it will need to support future growth, citing leadership comments from CEO Kim Nelson and COO David Holmes.
