Decrypt reports that Hunter Biden plans to launch a meme coin called LAPTOP on Sept. 9.

The launch is set to take place on the Base network, according to Decrypt.

Decrypt also says Biden intends to airdrop LAPTOP to traders who lost money on a separate meme coin called TRUMP.
