Syrma SGS Technology hits a 52-week high as Emkay targets 40.7% upside

The brokerage expects component manufacturing and new qualification-intensive verticals via partnerships to support growth, even after cutting margins for Johari Digital Healthcare and Elcome Integrated Systems.

Syrma SGS Technology shares reached a fresh 52-week high during Tuesday’s intraday trading, extending a rally that is up nearly 127% year to date in 2026, according to BSE data cited by LiveMint Markets. Emkay Global Financial Services reiterated a bullish view, projecting 40.7% upside over the next 12 months and a 12-month target price of ₹2,050 per share.

Emkay said the company’s growth outlook is supported by core revenue and profitability drivers, progress in qualification-intensive verticals through partnerships, and strength in component manufacturing. It also described expectations that the stock may continue the momentum from the past six to seven months.

Despite the positive stance, Emkay cut estimates for subsidiaries, lowering gross margins for Johari Digital Healthcare and Elcome Integrated Systems for various FY27/FY28-FY33E periods to 47.5% and 50% from 55%, based on management guidance. The brokerage also rebalanced the Medtech growth profile between Johari Medtech and Syrma’s legacy medical electronics business.

LiveMint Markets reported that Syrma SGS Technology’s net profit rose to ₹94.06 crore in the June quarter of financial year 2026 to 27 from ₹80.89 crore in the March quarter of FY26, while net revenue increased to ₹1,442.82 crore in Q1FY27 from ₹1,220.73 crore in Q4FY26. At 3:16 pm on September 8, the stock traded 0.24% higher at ₹1,638.4 on a BSE market capitalization of ₹31,593.35 crore, after touching an intraday high of ₹1,676.15 and an intraday low of ₹1,593 per share.
