Nearly 18 Indian stocks go ex-dividend on Sept. 10
Sept. 9 is the effective last day to buy shares to qualify, with TVS Srichakra’s final dividend set at ₹37.8 per share and its record date on Sept. 10.
LiveMint Markets reports that nearly 18 Indian companies are scheduled to trade ex-dividend on Thursday, September 10, 2026, making Wednesday, September 9 the last date to buy shares to qualify for the dividend payout.
Because India’s stock market follows a T+1 settlement cycle, investors needed to own the shares during Wednesday’s trading session to be eligible for the corporate action. The companies have fixed September 10 as their dividend record date.
Among the specific names cited, TVS Srichakra has announced a final dividend of ₹37.8 per share on a ₹10 face value, while its stock was trading 0.17% lower at ₹5,324.50 per share on BSE at 9:21 am, with a market capitalization of ₹4,077 crore.
Apex Frozen Foods also appears on the list, with a final dividend of ₹2.5 per share on a ₹10 face value, and it was trading 1.14% lower at ₹379.95 per share at 9:30 am on BSE, with a market capitalization of ₹1,187.34 crore. The report also notes broader market action, with Nifty trading around 23,513.7 at 9:34 am and Sensex down 0.68% after a lower open and early-week volatility.
