The Foundry Group joins Compass Raleigh in Moore County

In 2025, the team closed 81.5 transaction sides totaling $30.45 million, and reported more than $200 million in Moore County closed sales volume overall.

Compass announced that The Foundry Group, formerly part of an independent operation in Pinehurst, has joined Compass Raleigh as part of Compass Carolinas.

Compass said the team has more than $200 million in Moore County closed sales volume and posted $30.45 million on 81.5 sides in 2025, citing RealTrends Verified data for the figures.

The team is led by co-principal brokers Leigh Amigo and Kristen Moracco, who Compass said have 15 years of residential real estate experience combined.

Compass said the addition strengthens its presence in Pinehurst, Moore County, and the Sandhills region, and listed additional team members joining under Compass Raleigh.
