Victoria Mills fixes Sept. 19 record date for ₹50 dividend

The textile company set Sept. 18 as the ex-date, meaning shares must be bought by Sept. 17 to qualify.

Victoria Mills Limited has fixed September 19 as its dividend record date and September 18 as the ex-date for its recommended ₹50 per equity share payout for the financial year 2025-26, after the board approved a dividend equal to 50% of the ₹100 face value.

In a BSE filing, the company said dividend will be paid to members whose names are on the register as of the record date, implying investors must buy the stock by September 17 to receive the dividend.

The stock ended Wednesday lower, extending the correction seen earlier this week, closing 1.77% down at ₹8,649.3 per share on BSE. The shares had ranged from an intraday high of ₹8,675 to a low of ₹8,366.

LiveMint Markets also noted the company’s dividend yield stood at 0.58% as of September 9, and it reported net profit of ₹2.89 crore in the June quarter of FY27, versus a net loss of ₹33 lakh in the March quarter of FY26.
