Christie’s broker Teresa Minnick leads $800M-plus New Jersey sales

Teresa Minnick, a broker with Christie’s International Real Estate Group, has built a 25-plus year career in New Jersey residential real estate, with more than $800 million in sales, Commercial Observer reports.

In a profile from early September, Minnick points to work focused on the Jersey Shore, highlighting the Atlantic Club Residences in Long Branch, a landmark 132-residence luxury oceanfront development that she says has approximately $200 million in current sales, alongside other notable local projects.

Minnick also describes her role in the transformation of Asbury Park during the real estate crash, saying she worked alongside visionaries who believed the city by the sea could be brought back to life even as many others struggled to see its potential.

She adds that her appreciation for the area is tied to its history and architecture, including the Paramount Theatre complex designed by Warren & Wetmore and built between 1928 and 1930, which combines Beaux Arts architecture with Italian-French and nautical influences, the outlet writes.
