Colliers brokers sale of 80-property Greater Cincinnati housing portfolio
The portfolio totals 125 units, including 58 single-family rentals, and spans Hamilton County, Ohio, plus one property in Northern Kentucky.
Colliers facilitated the sale of an 80-property residential portfolio totaling 125 units across the Greater Cincinnati region, according to ConnectCRE.
The portfolio includes 58 single-family rental homes, eight duplexes, 12 small multifamily properties with six units or fewer, a mixed-use property, and one land parcel, with assets located throughout Hamilton County, Ohio, and one property in Northern Kentucky.
ConnectCRE said the Colliers deal team, led by Marianne Taylor and Virginia Cunningham, represented the seller, a private entity, in the transaction.
Three Little Pigs Investment Services, LLC, acquired the portfolio with a plan focused on returning many of the homes to individual ownership, and Taylor said the deal provided an immediate scale opportunity in the Cincinnati market with renovation and operational value-add potential.
