Lewis Retail begins Electric Pickle project at Rancho Cucamonga resort
The 8,500-square-foot restaurant and social club will anchor a 31,800-square-foot urban village and is slated to open in summer 2027.
Lewis Retail Centers, a division of Lewis Group of Companies, has started construction on Electric Pickle at The Resort in Rancho Cucamonga, a chef-driven restaurant, bar, and pickleball social house concept.
ConnectCRE reports the project is set to be Electric Pickle’s California debut in summer 2027 at a master-planned urban village developed by Lewis Planned Communities.
Electric Pickle will span 8,500 square feet and anchor The Courtyard, a 31,800-square-foot urban village at the corner of 4th Street and Resort Parkway.
The Courtyard will include 10 pickleball courts, with seven outdoors and three covered, plus a lawn and multiple bar and lounge areas, placing the concept in the Inland Empire’s active retail and entertainment corridor.
