Starbucks CEO outlines cafe makeovers and customer experience focus
Starbucks is about two years into its turnaround led by CEO Brian Niccol, CNBC Markets reports.
Niccol said the next stage of the turnaround will focus on cafe makeovers and improving the customer experience.
