Veefin Solutions starts migration to BSE mainboard and plans NSE direct listing

The move would cover 25,539,417 fully paid shares, and the company reported profit and revenue growth for FY26 versus FY25.

Veefin Solutions has begun the process to migrate its shares from the BSE SME to the BSE mainboard, and it also plans a direct listing on the NSE mainboard, according to an exchange filing cited by LiveMint Markets.

The information memorandum relates to 25,539,417 fully paid-up shares with a face value of ₹10 each, and it does not propose selling or offering any shares under the memorandum. The company said the migration and direct listing are subject to regulatory, statutory, and exchange approvals.

Veefin said the proposed mainboard migration is a milestone following its 5 July 2023 listing on the SME platform, citing expansion of its technology platform and product portfolio across areas such as supply chain finance, trade finance, cash management, digital banking, loan origination, and loan management and collections.

In its FY26 reporting, the company posted standalone profit after tax of ₹18.20 crore, up from ₹11.15 crore in FY25, and standalone total revenue from operations of ₹74.32 crore versus ₹37.81 crore. On a consolidated basis, total revenue rose to ₹352.3 crore in FY26 from ₹80.44 crore in the prior year, while net profit increased to ₹31.96 crore from ₹16.26 crore, LiveMint Markets reported.
