Federal Reserve issues consent prohibition order against ex-American Express worker

The Fed said the order followed alleged misapplication of funds and conflicts of interest.

The Federal Reserve Board announced the execution of enforcement actions, including a consent prohibition order against former employee Stephanie K. Hudders.

According to the Fed, the former American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. employee, based in New York, was subject to the order tied to allegations of misapplication of funds and conflicts of interest.
