Arbitrum shifts proceeds from auctions to DAO treasury and developer guild

The new setup routes 97% of priority-fee and Fast Feed subscription proceeds to the DAO treasury and 3% to the Arbitrum Developer Guild.

Arbitrum is changing how proceeds are allocated through per-transaction priority auctions, replacing Timeboost with a new auction approach that ties funding to priority fees and paid Fast Feed subscriptions, according to The Defiant.

Under the new allocation model, 97% of priority-fee and Fast Feed subscription proceeds go to the Arbitrum DAO treasury, while the remaining 3% is directed to the Arbitrum Developer Guild.
