Einride jumps on Nvidia partnership as ENRD faces steep post-IPO slide
Einride’s debut after its June 2026 SPAC ended with shares down sharply from their 52-week high, even as its freight-tech push adds new backers.
Einride, the Stockholm-based driverless freight company, has become a closely watched newly public Nasdaq name since its SPAC debut in June 2026. The company is building a Freight-Capacity-as-a-Service platform combining electric trucks, AI-driven logistics software, and charging infrastructure, and it has aligned with partners including Amazon, Tesla, and now Nvidia, according to Yahoo Finance.
The stock’s trading has been volatile, with ENRD recently moving in a range of roughly $3.84 to $4.56. Shares are down about 87% from the stock’s 52-week high of $34, set on its first trading day, when shares briefly spiked more than 100% before being halted, the outlet notes.
Yahoo Finance says Einride later touched a fresh 52-week low near $3.40 in early September, a pattern it describes as common for SPAC mergers after initial hype fades. The article also contrasts ENRD’s decline with the Dow Jones Transportation Average, which has traded in a choppy 2026 band, recently near 20,767 within a 52-week range of about 15,064 to 24,752.
In its inaugural public-company earnings, Einride reported first-half 2026 revenue of SEK 273 million, or about $27 million, up 26% year over year on a constant-currency basis and roughly in line with guidance, Yahoo Finance reports. The company also plans to shift from semiannual reporting to quarterly starting in 2027, the outlet adds.
