Daniel Management Group wins assignment for Lakeside Village Apartments
The assignment covers Lakeside Village Apartments in Mundelein, Illinois, where DMG will manage 144 newly renovated units near Hawthorne Mall.
Daniel Management Group, a Chicago-based multifamily real estate firm, said it has extended its relationship with Hawthorne Management Services in Mundelein, Illinois, and been awarded the management assignment for Lakeside Village Apartments.
ConnectCRE reports the apartment community includes 144 newly renovated units, with the development located near Hawthorne Mall and about one mile from a METRA station.
In a statement carried by ConnectCRE, Roger Daniel, president and founder of Daniel Management Group, said DMG and HMS have partnered successfully on properties in Mundelein since 2023 and that the companies are expanding their presence together.
