KelpDAO has filed a lawsuit against LayerZero and Bryan Pellegrino, according to The Block.

The complaint centers on the April 18 rsETH exploit, which KelpDAO says involved a bridge setup that was endorsed in writing.

KelpDAO also alleges that the rsETH exploit led to losses totaling $292 million, per The Block.
