FLX to open Pilates studio at The Ryder in Seattle

ConnectCRE reports High Street Residential, the residential unit of Trammell Crow Company, has signed a retail lease with FLX, a local Pilates studio, for the ground-floor space at The Ryder in Seattle's Roosevelt neighborhood.

FLX will take the community's sole 1,268-square-foot retail space, marking it as the studio's second location.

The Ryder is an upcoming 244-unit, seven-story, transit-oriented development at 6716 Roosevelt Way NE, located about half a block from the Roosevelt Link Light Rail station.

ConnectCRE adds that The Ryder is expected to be delivered by the end of October 2026, while the studio is expected to open in January 2027.
