Titan stock increased Rekha Jhunjhunwala's wealth by over ₹1,000 crore

LiveMint Markets reports that Rekha Jhunjhunwala has become richer by more than ₹1,000 crore in Q2FY27 so far, with Titan shares driving the increase.

The outlet says the combined value of the portfolios of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and Associates and Rekha Jhunjhunwala stood at ₹1.12 lakh crore as of the afternoon of 29 September, citing Trendlyne.

According to the report, Rekha Jhunjhunwala held 47,184,470 Titan shares across her two accounts at the end of the June quarter of FY27, when Titan shares were trading at ₹4,405.30 each, valuing her stake at ₹20,786.2 crore.

LiveMint Markets adds that if her stake was unchanged, its current value would be ₹22,101.2 crore, based on Titan shares ending at ₹4,684 on the BSE on Tuesday, though it said it was not known whether she increased or reduced her position during the quarter.
