Valera Homes launches in Greater Houston with four communities

The builder says model homes are scheduled to open in October 2026 in Alicante and Piccolina.

Valera Homes, a sister brand to StoneManor Homes, has launched in Greater Houston with four initial communities, HousingWire reports.

The builder, led by industry veterans John Tucker and Scott Sparks, is targeting first-time, value-conscious buyers, with homes generally priced from the $270,000s to the $350,000s.

Its launch communities are Alicante, Piccolina, Acres Legacy, and Enclave at Cypresswood, and HousingWire reports construction has already begun in these areas.

Model homes are scheduled to open in October 2026 in Alicante and Piccolina, according to HousingWire.
