ConnectCRE reports that Berkadia has completed the $78-million sale of Bridges at San Ramon, a 200-unit multifamily community in San Ramon.

The transaction valued the property at roughly $390,000 per unit, according to ConnectCRE.

The outlet said the team arranged the deal on behalf of the seller, citing Brokers at Berkadia San Francisco including Jason Parr, Scott MacDonald, Sydney Ladrech and John Hansen.

ConnectCRE added that the property had not been on the market for 15 years, with its limited availability tied to the Bay Area apartment market momentum.
