CFTC wins $30 million judgment in Fundsz crypto fraud case

The Block reports that the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission secured a court judgment of more than $30 million against defendants in a crypto fraud case tied to Fundsz.

According to The Block, the regulator said two defendants took part in a crypto scheme, and later attempted to walk back their involvement.
