Colorado Family Office Sells 18-Unit Fresno Apartment for $2.23M

ConnectCRE reports Northmarq’s Fresno Investment Sales team, led by Robin Kane and Brendan Kane, brokered the $2.23-million sale of 1550 W Swift Ave. in Fresno.

The seller was a Colorado-based family office, while the buyer was a local family office.

ConnectCRE says the property is an 18-unit multifamily community comprising three buildings with 18,296 rentable square feet on 0.83 acres, offering two-bedroom, two-bathroom units.

Robin Kane said the asset had been held by the seller for many years and that it offered an opportunity for repositioning in an area where rents have positive growth.
