ICE launches model-driven pricing for residential whole loans
The service can generate evaluations daily or monthly and deliver them via secure file delivery through the ICE Data API.
Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) launched Residential Whole Loan Evaluations, a new service aimed at providing model-driven pricing for unsecuritized residential mortgage loans. The offering covers qualified mortgages, nonqualified mortgages, and specialty loans, extending ICE’s pricing tools beyond securitized mortgage assets, HousingWire reports.
ICE said evaluations for individual residential whole loans can be produced either daily or monthly. ICE also plans to deliver the results through secure file delivery via the ICE Data API.
ICE said the evaluations use its existing pricing process and are overseen by a team of evaluators. The methodology incorporates loan-level information provided by clients along with ICE mortgage and data analytics, including its AFT Prepayment and Credit Model.
